Zahlung:
bei einem Kurz-Aufenthalt wird mit Vertrags-Abschluss der ganze Betrag zur Zahlung fällig. Erst nach Erhalt dieser Zahlung wird der Vertrag rechtsgültig. Von diesem Zeitpunkt an werden sämtliche anderen Interessenten abgewiesen.

Rücktritt und Nichtantritt:
bis 60 Tage vor Mietantritt Fr. 500.--
weniger als 60 Tage vor Mietantritt wir 100 %

damit Ihre Ferien für Sie und für uns zu einem positiven Erlebnis wird, bitten wir Sie, folgendes zu beachten:

  • Das Haus wurde ca. 1890 in einer Voll-
      Holzkonstruktion erbaut. Aus Sicherheits-
      gründen bitten wir Sie höflich, auf das
      Rauchen innerhalb der Wohnung zu
      verzichten.

Mit dem Vertrag erfahren Sie Ihre eigene Telefonnummer, die Sie Ihren Bekannten, die Sie anrufen möchten, weitergeben können - bitte geben Sie nicht unsere Telefonnummer als Anrufnummer bekannt.

Die Schaffarm Gütsch bietet eine Ferien- und Erholmöglichkeit, weg vom Strassenlärm und doch Nahe der Stadt, benützen Sie diese Gelegenheit, auch ein wenig die schöne Umgebung sowie die diversen Gartensitzplätze zu geniessen.

Rental duration:
Short term stays of a minimum of 3 nights NOT possible in July & August.

Long term stay or animals on special agreement only in the Cottage possible.

Included in the price are:
One parking space, heating, all the linens, bath & kitchen towels, electricity, all taxes, garbage, end cleaning & WLAN

Payment:
Short term stays have to be paid in full with the signing of the contract. As soon as this payment is in our hands, we will turn down all the other requests.

Cancellation or No-Show:
a cancellation more than 60 days prior the
arrival date, is being charged with SFr. 500.--
a cancellation less then 60 days prior the
arrival date will be charged to 100 % of the
rental fee

Good to know!!!
to make your stay for yourself and also for ourselfes to a most sucessful stay, it is good to know about following:

  • The house has been built around 1890 and it
      is a full wood construction. For security
      reasons we ask you to reducte smoking in the
      apartment to an absolute minimum.

With the contract you will get your own phone number which you may give to your family to reach you.

The sheepfarm Gütsch is your home away from home. It’s away in the nature, but very close to the pulsing cities of Lucerne and Zug. Take the chance to also explore our own beautiful surrounding or the outdoor live on the farm.
