Depot:
ein Depot wird erhoben - das ohne Schäden zurückerstattet wird. Das Depot entfällt, wenn mit einer Mastercard oder Visacard für die Wohnung
garantiert wird.
Zahlung:
mit dem Vertrags-Abschluss wird die Anzahlung von SFr. 500.-- fällig. Erst nach Erhalt dieser Zahlung wird der Vertrag rechtsgültig. Von diesem Zeitpunkt
an werden sämtliche anderen Interessenten abgewiesen. Die Kreditkarten- Details müssen entweder in zwei separate E-Mails aufgeteilt oder per Fax zugestellt werden.
Restzahlung:
60 Tage vor Antritt der Miete
Rücktritt und Nichtantritt:
bis 60 Tage vor Mietantritt muss mit der Anzahlung von SFr. 500.-- gehaftet werden
weniger als 60Tage vor Mietantritt wir 100 %
der Miete (ohne Endreinigung fällig)
Die Schaffarm Gütsch bietet eine Ferien- und Erholmöglichkeit, weg vom Strassenlärm und doch Nahe der Stadt, benützen Sie diese Gelegenheit, auch ein wenig die schöne Umgebung sowie die
diversen Gartensitzplätze zu geniessen.

Included in the price are:
One parking space, all the linens, bath towels, hairdryer
Additional Costs:
- tourist tax (Fr. 1.-- adults, Fr. 0.50 Children)
- WLAN SFr. 20.--/week
Deposit:
a deposit is required, except a
guarantee with a Mastercard or Visa credit card is given.
Payment:
with the signing of the contract, a summ of SFr. 500.-- is required immediately to secure the reservation. As
soon as this payment is in our hands, we will turn down all other requests. The credit card details have to be divided in two separate e-mails or have to be transmitted by fax.
Rest-payment:
The rest for the full payment has to be on our account 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation or No-Show:
a cancellation more than 60 days prior the arrival date, is being charged with the deposit of
SFr. 500.--
a cancellation less then 60 days prior the arrival date will be charged to 100 % of the rental fee, except the end cleaning
